Rooms with character just like the Maremmani, sometimes a little stubborn and obstinate, but at the same time simple, authentic, true. Bright, comfortable and cosy rooms; each with independent access and with its own shady outdoor green space, equipped with sofas and armchairs. Inclusive rooms, also prepared for the disabled. The furnishings are the fruit of collaboration with local companies, such as "Truffarelli" and "Alessandro Bini", who put experience and passion into their work every day. The beds are all king-size. All rooms are equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, minibar, air conditioning, TV, kettle, bathroom with shower.
The rooms
Drawing inspiration from the magnificent fauna that populates our lagoon, a WWF protected oasis, we decided to identify our rooms with the most significant birds: the delicate Fratinothe fascinating Heronthe shameless Egretthe pretty Hoopoethe cheerful Kingfisher, the lively Gossipthe rare Ibis Eremita and finally the majestic Flamingo symbol of the Orbetello lagoon.

Our pampering to get the day off to a good start.
The morning starts with a special breakfast served at 'CASALE OLIVETA' breakfast and dining area, about 200 metres away and connected by a private, beaten and lit path through a young olive grove in the evening. We believe that breakfast is the most important time of the day, which is why it is served at the table for each of our guests with care and love. We serve a well-cared-for, quality breakfast. Every morning we will delight you with freshly toasted Tuscan bread to accompany our jams, homemade cakes, fresh seasonal fruit and bruschetta with our fragrant extra virgin olive oil. We also offer a savoury breakfast and are attentive to your dietary needs.
