Podere La Sassicaia is a country house that was created from the restoration of part of an old pigsty.

On the ground floor is a bright living room with fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor are two spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and shower.
A bright staircase leads to the first floor where two rooms have been created: one with a double bed, en suite bathroom, and a small sitting room for those who love space and reading; the other with a French bed, en suite bathroom with a comfortable and spacious shower.
Both rooms overlook a balcony with a 360-degree panorama of the hills of the Tuscan Maremma.
The house is surrounded by a large olive grove, cypress trees and a lush, green garden.
A splendid swimming pool and a beautiful pergola are the highlights of this villa.
